I have specialized in new construction and resale home purchases and sales since 2006 and have seen many different types of markets and helped facilitate over 400 residential transactions. I have also sold land and one commercial building.

I encourage consultations for both buyers and sellers to educate clients about what is happening in the market and what to expect during the transaction period. This can be done via Zoom or in person depending on market conditions and is a great educational tool to have the most knowledgeable buyers and sellers in the area.

I have an amazing staff that works with me at Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette, but any client I have will be communicating directly with me throughout the entire transaction, including handling of all of the paperwork for you.
