I start with a personal consultation, either in person or via Zoom, to evaluate your needs. My marketing includes professional photos and 3D walk throughs, social media paid advertisements, staging evaluation and consultation recommendations, Open Houses if desired, an analysis of what the market is currently doing and what we can expect in both the short term and long term for pricing the house, and using the network of agents and buyers I have developed with being in the business since 2006.
